 The Blacksburg Public Library had a Halloween party and costume contest for kids Wednesday afternoon. First place in the costume contest went to Avery Alexander for his portrayal of "Dr. Avery." Josh Carpenter, also known as "The Incredible Hulk," took second place while "Superman" Brandon McBride received third place. |
