ARC offers three first aid classes

The American Red Cross Cherokee County Service Center will conduct an Adult CPR and Standard First Aid Nov. 3 from 6-10 p.m. An Infant and Child CPR class will be held Tuesday, Nov. 4, from 6-10 p.m. and a Dog First Aid class is planned Tuesday, Nov, 11, 9 a.m.- noon. Each course has a fee.

A free Home Disaster Preparedness class will be held Nov. 12 from 9 a.m.- 10 a.m. Free smoke detectors, radios and water jugs will be distributed to those attending.

All classes will be at the ARC Service Center, 405 N. Logan St. Pre-registration and pre-payment is required. To register, call (864) 489- 6066.
