BLACKSBURG- Sandra Kay Wyatt, 52, of 353 Wilbur St., passed away Friday, Oct. 31, 2008, at Spartanburg Regional Hospital Systems.

Born in Gaffney, Mrs. Wyatt was the daughter of Betty Blackwell Owens of Blacksburg and the late J.W. Fowler. She was the widow of Charles Teague Sr. Mrs. Wyatt worked in textiles and was of the Baptist faith.

In addition to her mother, she is survived by two sons, Charles H. Teague Jr. of the home and Jeremy Wayne Teague of Blacksburg; two brothers, Jimmy Wayne Fowler and Darrell Fowler, both of Gaffney; two sisters, Diane Bradley of Gaffney and Rhonda Phillips of Rock Hill; and three grandchildren.

Services were held Sunday, Nov. 2, at 3 p.m. in Gordon Mortuary Chapel with the Rev. Tim Knotts officiating. Interment was in Mountain View Cemetery.

Pallbearers were Joe Bradley, Jason Bradley, Greg Thomas, Shane Phillips, Bryan Phillips, Dale Williams and Chris Thomas.

Visitation was held Saturday, Nov. 1, from 6-7:30 p.m. at Gordon Mortuary.

In lieu of flowers, memorials be made to the American Heart Association, P.O. Box 5216, Glen Allen, VA 23058- 5216.

The family will be at the home of her mother at 640 Batchler Drive, Blacksburg.
