      Dear Editor: Do you have images reeling through your mind of what homelessness looks like? Are they of the young, old, uneducated, who are dirty and alone? Actually, the picture of the homeless population is much more diverse.

GHS Class of 1968 enjoyed reuniting at the museum
      Dear Editor: The Gaffney High Class of 1968 enjoyed our 40th class reunion. It was great to be able to visit with classmates you hadn't seen in 10 or 20 years. We had classmates who came from near and far. We appreciate all the help Billy Pennington and Chris Cline of the Cherokee County History and Arts Museum gave us in making our reunion such an enjoyable evening.

Wants more accurate deer/vehicle collision count
      Dear Editor: I know the number of deer collisions is only what is reported to the law enforcement or to the DNR, but on Corinth Road alone last year I would say there were at least 20 or more deer laying dead along the road from cars running into or over them last year.
