The bride was given in marriage by her father. She wore an elegant gown of ivory satin and lace. The lace bodice featured a sweetheart neckline and was embellished with sequins and pearls, accented by an empire satin band. The full A-line skirt held a semi-cathedral train that was accented with tiny covered buttons. She wore ivory hydrangeas in her hair and carried a bouquet of ivory hydrangeas, seeded eucalyptus, green hypernicum berries, dried wheat, loops of curly willow, and dried pods, all tied with burlap.
The bride's attendants were Adrian Dowd Lake, Odessa Sirman Armstrong and Lara Ann Whitehead, all friends of the bride. They wore cocktail length dresses designed by Watters and Watters. The dresses of snapdragon green Duponi silk featured square necklines, A-line skirts and ivory waistbands.
Best man was Cooper Alan West, son of the groom. Groomsmen were Timothy Scott West, brother of the groom; Ryan Thomas Whitehead, friend of the groom; and Austin Craig Willingham, brother of the bride. They wore matching chocolate brown suits and ivory dress shirts with snapdragon green ties.
Friends of the groom, Harold Johnson Garner III and Jesse Martin Palmer, served as acolytes. Crucifer was Jessica Alaine Chapman, godsister of the bride.
The church was decorated with ivory pillar candles of varying heights. Large grapevine wreaths adorned with moss and burlap hung on the doors to the church. Altar vases held ivory hydrangeas, bells of Ireland, curly willow, ivory stock and black millet. Burlap bows with green hypernicum berries, seeded eucalyptus and ruscus marked the mothers' pews.
The wedding was directed by Jan Bowers Piersol.
After a wedding trip to Grand Canyon National Park in Arizona, the couple will reside in Jonesville.
