      Katie Ann Patterson of Gaffney will join the state's brightest young women in the quest for the Miss South Carolina Teen USA crown Friday, Nov. 21, and Saturday, Nov. 22, at the North Charleston Performing Arts Center. Miss Patterson is a junior at Gaffney High School and daughter of Craig and Lisa Patterson.
