Ledger photo / SCOTT POWELL WINNIE DAVIS TOWER — A new tower is under construction beside the Winnie Davis Hall of History as part of a $4.8 million restoration project on the Limestone College campus. The building is being renovated for new classrooms, a museum and faculty offices. It is scheduled for completion next fall.
