Minnie Lee Dawkins
Former employee of Lord's Dry Cleaners
PACOLET - Minnie Lee Dawkins, 86, of 190 Cart Court, passed away Saturday , Nov. 15, 2008, at 5:47 p.m. at Spartanburg Regional Healthcare System, Spartanburg. Daughter of the late Cleveland Dawkins and the late Eliza Davis Dawkins, she was a native of Cherokee County and a member of Green Bethel Baptist Church. She was a former employee of Lord's Dry Cleaners. She is survived by her son, Arthur J. Dawkins Sr. of Baltimore, Md.; her daughter, Mary Carter of Baltimore, Md.; her sister, Annie Ruth Smith of Pacolet; and a host of other relatives. Services will be held Friday, Nov. 21, at 2 p.m. at Green Bethel Baptist Church with the Rev. Mills McHam officiating. Interment will follow in the church cemetery. Body will be placed in the church at 1 p.m. The family is at the home. Arrangements by Foster Funeral Home. |
