92 percent of USC fans pay to keep tickets

      COLUMBIA, S.C. (AP) _ More than 90 percent of people with South Carolina football season tickets paid up to $395 in new annual fees to keep their seats for the 2009 season, athletic director Eric Hyman said Tuesday. The school's new "Yearly Equitable Seating" plan required ticket holders to pay fees of between $25 and $395 annually to keep their seats.
