Mauney speaker at Ebenezer's Y.W.A. service Nov. 30

Ebenezer Baptist Church will have its annual Y.W.A. program Sunday, Nov. 30, during 11:15 a.m. service. Speaker will be the Rev. Doris Mauney.

Rev. Mauney is the daughter of the late Perry and Atharline Davidson. She has two children, Travis Mauney of Charlotte and Chineta Mauney of Spartanburg. She also has two grandchildren. She has been employed with Nestlé Frozen Foods for more than 20 years.

Rev. Mauney was called into the ministry in November, 1995, under the leadership of Dr. Eula Miller Jr., retired pastor of Ebenezer. Her ministry has taken her on many journeys as she has dedicated her life to preaching God's Word. She now serves as associate minister of Ebenezer Baptist Church, where the Rev. Freddie Davidson is pastor.

The Ebenezer Y.W.A. will be in charge of the morning program. The Y.W.A. Choir will present musical selections and the Ebenezer Senior Missionary will be honored.
