Cindy B. Byers

FOREST CITY, N.C. - Cindy Bernice Byers, 38, of 781 Withrow Road, died Friday, Nov. 26, 2008, at her home.

Born June 24, 1970, in Dayton, Ohio, she was the wife of Warren Byers and daughter of Lee Allen of Gaffney and the late Lerleen Wilson. She was a member of Mount Sinai Missionary Baptist Church in Gaffney.

Surviving in addition to her husband are three sons, Dewan Byers, Latwan Byers, both of Gaffney, and Jonathan Byers of Columbia; a daughter, Nakosha Smith of Gaffney; two brothers, Bruce Allen of Blacksburg and Michael Allen of Gaffney; two sisters, Whitney Allen and Caylor Allen, both of Gaffney; five grandchildren; her stepmother, Everlean C. Allen of Gaffney; and a host of other relatives.

The family is at the home of her daughter, Nakosha Smith, 132 Granite Drive, Gaffney.
