Furman Armstrong

Services for Furman Scott Armstrong, 24, of Southern Wesleyan University, Central, will be held today at 1 p.m. at Piney Grove Missionary Baptist Church, 2085 Mayo Road, Cowpens, with Dr. C. Dennis Rector, the Rev. James Armstrong, Minister Doris Smith, Minister Dorothy Davis, Minister Brenda Harris and Minister Steve Allen officiating. Interment will follow in the church cemetery. Body will be placed in the church at noon.

Pallbearers will be Gregory Armstrong, Raymond Armstrong, Cornelious Armstrong, Roderick Allen, Samuel Allen, Jazz Palmer and Josh Coolney.

The family is at the residence of his father, Bill Tate, 108 Granite Drive, Gaffney.
