Naomi H. Randolph MOORESBORO, N.C. - Naomi Irene Hollifield Humphries Randolph, 76, of 2207 Camps Creek Church Road, went home to be with the Lord on Thursday, Jan.10, 2008, at Carolinas Medical Center, Charlotte. Born in Gaffney, she was the wife of Henry C. Randolph and daughter of the late Boyce Oswald Hollifield and Odelle Pierce Hollifield. She was also the widow of Astor Arvie Humphries. She was retired from Straight Line Industries and was a member of Camps Creek Baptist Church. In addition to her husband, she is survived by a son, Kenneth Dean Humphries and wife, Jill Keck, of Siler City, N.C.; a daughter, Kathy Lynn Humphries Love and husband, Roger, of Salisbury, N.C.; two stepdaughters, Laura Ross and husband, David, and Kathi Dobbins and husband, Terry, all of Gaffney; a brother, Jerry Oswald Hollifield of Blacksburg; three grandchildren, Brad Love, Wes Love and Elizabeth Erin Humphries; two step-grandchildren, Elaine Black and Kayla Ross; and a step-great-grandchild, Veronica McCraw. Visitation was held Saturday from 2-4 p.m. at Camps Creek Baptist Church. Services were at 4 p.m. at the church, immediately following visitation, conducted by the Revs. Charlie Blackwell and Steve Durham. Interment was in Cleveland Memorial Park, Boiling Springs, N.C. In lieu of flowers and in memory of Naomi Randolph, memorials may be made to Camps Creek Baptist Church Building Fund, 2318 Camps Creek Church Road, Mooresboro, N.C. 28114. The family is at the home.
