Albert Littlejohn
Albert Littlejohn, 75, of Gaffney, died Monday, Jan. 14, 2008, in Upstate Carolina Medical Center.

Husband of Missy Armstrong Littlejohn of Cowpens, he was born in Cherokee County, a son of the Dever and Rehobirth Faucett Littlejohn. He was a member of Mt. Sinai Baptist Church.

Mr. Littlejohn was preceded in death by his parents; a brother, Dever Littlejohn Jr. (Essie of Washington, D.C.); and two sisters, Johnnie Jo Epps and Lula Cannon (Jimmy of Gaffney).

In addition to his wife, he is survived by two daughters, Shirley Littlejohn of Columbia and Minnie Alice Littlejohn of Cowpens; three brothers, Edward (Slim) Littlejohn, Billy Littlejohn (Annie) and Deacon A.W. Littlejohn (Wyonna), all of Gaffney; two sisters, Gerutha Sarratt and Louise Simons, both of Gaffney; and five grandchildren.

Services will be held Thursday at 1 p.m. in Gilmore Mortuary Chapel with the Revs. C. A. Wallace and Michael Golden officiating. Interment will follow in Gaffney Memorial Park.

The family is at the home of Deacon and Mrs. A.W. Littlejohn, 301 Camellia Circle, and will receive friends Thursday from 12:30-1 p.m. at Gilmore Mortuary.
