School set rules for flower deliveries

The practice of the Cherokee County School District is to participate in Valentine's Day festivities as follows:

Floral deliveries may be made to elementary schools from 1 p.m. to 2 p.m. Deliveries can be made to secondary schools from 1 p.m. to 3 p.m.

No glass containers or balloons will be accepted.

In addition, each delivery should include a $1 donation to the school to be used for student activities.

Students will be called to pick up any arrangements at the end of the school day. The schools will not be responsible for any deliveries not picked up by students.
