Lady Saints too much for Erskine

It was a team effort for the Limestone women's basketball team in a 75-40 win over Erskine on Wednesday.
All 12 players on Limestone's roster scored, with Tierney Burdett leading all scorers with 16 points, 14 in the first half.
Burdett shot 67 percent from beyond the arc.
Mary Ann Langford led Erskine with 12 points.
Addie Graves added 10 points and four rebounds and Essence Greer had 10 rebounds and 8 points.
In the first half, Erskine jumped to a 14-9 lead halfway through the first half.
Burdett hit a 3-pointer and two field goals to tie the game at 16.
Audrey Timmerman answered with a 3- pointer to regain the lead for Erskine, but Limestone's Tiffany Jones sank a 3-pointer to tie the game at 19.
Burdett created a spark for Limestone, leading them on a 19-9 run and a 35-24 lead at the break. Burdett had 14 points in the first half as the Saints shot an amazing 67 percent from beyond the arc.
The Saints scored the first basket of the second half and never looked back.Limestone shot 50 percent from the field and 37.5 percent from beyond the arc.
Erskine was 31 percent from the field and 50 percent from 3-point range.
The Lady Saints will host St. Andrews on Saturday. Tip time is slated for 5:30 p.m.
