Man not guilty of drug charges A Cherokee County jury of seven women and five men decided Wednesday a 22-year-old Gaffney man was not guilty of drug charges. Justin Patrick Goudelock, of Leadmine Street, was charged last May with possession with intent to deliver cocaine, crack and marijuana and possession with intent to deliver the drugs in proximity of a school or park. The charges had stemmed from a May 21, 2007, incident in which police claimed they had seen Goudelock carry a bag into a Colonial Heights apartment. Police said they subsequently seized a bag from the apartment and found drugs. The jury deliberated an hour and 20 minutes before returning not guilty verdicts on all counts. Goudelock's defense attorney declined comment. Circuit Judge Roger Couch presided over the trial. |
