Library plans computer classes for senior adults

The Cherokee County Public Library has announced its public computer class schedule for March. Classes are for persons age 55 and over, and are limited to eight students per class. Registration for the classes will open Tuesday, Feb. 19, and continue until they are filled.

The schedule is: Wednesday, March 12, "Computer Basics," 1-3 p.m.; Wednesday, March 19, "Computer Basics," 1-3 p.m.; Wednesday, March 26, "Introduction to E-mail," 10-11 a.m.; Wednesday, March 26, "Introduction to E-mail," 1- 2 p.m.

Designed for senior adults who want to know more about computers, these one-session classes provide basic instruction and hands-on learning. Register in person at the library or call 864-487-2711.
