Moss'men to be named March 1

      New Blacksburg High football coach Mickey Moss plans to have his staff in place by March 1. Moss, who was traveling from a meeting in Columbia on Tuesday, said two members of his current Wren High School staff will join him at Blacksburg. He declined to identify those coaches.
