Chronic disease workshop begins Feb. 26 at library

A self-help workshop designed to teach techniques to better deal with symptoms from different types of chronic diseases such as heart disease, high blood pressure and diabetes, will be held at Cherokee County Public Library, 300 E. Rutledge Ave., beginning Feb. 26 from 9:30 a.m. until noon on six consecutive Tuesdays until April 1. Pat Ruff and Yvonne Anderson will be leading the class.
