Police make arrest for larceny, DUI A 19-year-old Greensboro, N.C., man was arrested for drunk driving and larceny on Sunday after police responded to a report of possible street sign theft. Police said they were initially told two subjects were pulling up a street sign with the word "Dip" on it at College Drive and Limestone Street. Upon arrival, police said they saw a Jeep driving away with a sign sticking out the passenger side of the vehicle. Police said the driver, Matthew Parsells of Greensboro, had an odor of alcohol when they approached him and that he subsequently failed field sobriety tests. Police arrested Parsells and a passenger, 21-year-old Michael Grayson of Charleston, S.C. The Jeep was towed from the scene. |
