Bag stolen from car

A child's bronchitis medicine was among the items taken when a diaper bag was stolen from a car on West Frederick Street late Saturday night, according to Gaffney police.

The theft occurred in the 500 block of West Frederick Street at about 11:30 p.m. A wallet and some cough medicine also were in the diaper bag. Theft losses were estimated at about $30.
