Grand opening Saturday

Deja Vu Consignment owners Brooke Ashworth and Tammy Hoilo are shown with Angela Blanton, owner and operator of Portraits by Angela. The two businesses will hold a grand opening Saturday for Studio 700.
Studio 700 will hold its grand opening on Saturday, March 1, from 10 a.m.-4 p.m. Portraits by Angela and Deja Vu will be giving away lots of door prizes and special discounts totaling over $400 to all who stop in Saturday. Studio 700 is located at 700 Cherokee Ave., the former location of Portraits by Angela.

Portraits by Angela is owned and operated by Angela Blanton. Blanton has been photographing children and adults in Gaffney and the surrounding areas for over 16 years and now photographs from her newly remodeled studio loft, located on the second level. With the new layout of the studio, customers will have the opportunity to be photographed using North Light. These photographs are unique in the warm tones given to photography by the natural light. She will offer a new look for high school seniors with an ambassador program that can earn them portraits as well as images for their My Space and iphones. She will still be creating beautiful pregnancy and baby portraits as well as portraits for brides and children. The new location is more personal and will allow her to give her customers more individual attention. If you would like to schedule a portrait session or check out her coming specials, call her at 864-489-6101.

Located on the lower level is Deja Vu Consignments, owned and operated by Tammy Hoilo and her daughter, Brooke Ashworth. This shop will be new to Gaffney but they are not new to the business. They also, along with Shandon Willard, own and operate Shantilly Fashions in Shelby, located on East Martin Street beside Cleveland Mall.

Deja Vu will cary a wide variety of items, from clothing to small furniture. Deja Vu is an upscale consignment shoppe specializing in name brand junior apparel for girls and guys. They will carry infant' and children's clothing, from play clothes to boutique clothing as well as baby items. They will also carry fashionable plus size clothing. You will find a nice selection of new jewelry, sunglasses and handbags. Their miscellaneous items includes perfumes and lotions, household items, small furniture, electronics, video games and accessories, and sports equipment.

All items accepted for consignment are new or in like new condition. Deja Vu will also carry Mia Bella Candles and Avon Products.

If you have items you would like to consign, give Tammy or Brooke a call at 864-487-8866 and they will tell you how to get started.
