'Mulligan's Banned'will heat up the evening with show March 14
Duo's performance a prelude to city's March 15 'Irishfest 2008'
      Fred Lail and Billy Mulligan, the two musicians who form "Mulligan's Banned," will bring a mix of traditional Irish and folk-rock music to a stage set up in front of the Michael Gaffney log cabin on Friday, March 14, at 6 p.m.
