Helen Elizabeth Wrenn and Michael Jared Pridmore

Wrenn - Pridmore

Mr. and Mrs. John M. Wrenn of Chapin announce the engagement of their daughter, Helen Elizabeth, to Michael Jared Pridmore, son of Mr. and Mrs. Michael L. Pridmore of Gaffney.

Miss Wrenn is the granddaughter of Mr. and Mrs. Floyd H. Abrams and Mr. and Mrs. Harold S. Wrenn of Columbia. A graduate of Presbyterian College with a B.S. in Physics and Clemson University with a B.S. in Civil Engineering, she is a structural engineer in the Nuclear Division of Shaw Power in Charlotte.

Mr. Pridmore is the grandson of Mrs. James Welton Dill and the late Mr. Dill and Mr. and Mrs. Leon Pridmore of Gaffney. He graduated from Clemson University with a B.S. in Civil Engineering and will graduate from Clemson in May with a M.S. in Structural Engineering. After graduation he will work with Duke Energy in Charlotte as an engineer in Transmission Line Engineering.

The wedding is planned for July 26 at St. Martins in Fields Episcopal Church in Columbia.
