"We might have a candidate," Earls said. The 2-week filing period ends Sunday at noon. State House District 30 member Phillips filed last week. They join Tim Spencer (District 4) and Hoke Parris (District 6) as county council incumbents seeking another term. State House District 33 member Lanny Littlejohn announced Tuesday he will run for his eleventh term. He is self-employed and works full time as a legislator. State House 29 lawmaker Democrat Dennis Moss and State Sen. Harvey Peeler (RGaffney) also have filed for re-election. Danny Stacy is seeking the Republican nomination for S.C. House District 29. Moss narrowly defeated the incumbent two years ago.
