Bulldogs frustrate Gaffney

      Surprise, surprise. For the second time this season, Jimmy Revan and the Boiling Springs Bulldogs edged the Gaffney Indians by the same margin of 1-0 on Friday. Revan struck out 13 in tossing a complete game four-hitter. Earlier in the season, Revan fanned 17 Gaffney batters.

Lady Indians outlast Boiling Springs

      The Gaffney Lady Indians are playing like a team intent on making the playoffs. Gaffney pushed across two runs in a ninth-inning tiebreaker to beat homestanding Boiling Springs 4-2 and improve to 6-2 in the region. The Lady Indians are alone in second place in the region.

Gaffney track team notches 10th victory of season

      The Gaffney HIgh boys track team was a perfect 10 on Thursday. The Indians notched their 10th victory of the season by beating Broome, Woodruff and Union in a meet at Broome High School. "It's impressive to win our 10th victory of the season," Gaffney coach James Davis said.
