Appreciates service of police officer
Dear Capt. Wes Foster (Cherokee County Sheriff's Office):

I am writing in reference to Deputy John Boyd and his outstanding service and duty to the local community and its people.

On March 9, he treated me with the utmost respect and kindness and in every way has demonstrated to be compassionate and caring. He ensured my safety and well-being and went above and beyond the call of duty to ensure that I was comfortable.

As a citizen of the community and a veteran, I feel compelled to honor Deputy Boyd's commitment to his job, community and people, and highly recommend Mr. Boyd for a commendation for his service to his community and consideration for advancement.
