WEST END KING AND QUEEN - West End Day Care recently had a King and Queen fundraiser. Students and parents of the K3, K4 and K5 classes raised just over $3,000. An "I Love You" luncheon was held on Valentine's Day to crown the king, queen, princes and princesses. The king and queen received crowns while the princes and princess received trophies and honorable mentions. Children who gave over $100 received a big box of candy. Winners were: King, Isaac Sarratt; Queen, Valerie Wiatrek; K4 Prince, Karson Parrish; K4 Princess, Abby Phillips; K3 Prince, Gage Gordon; K3 Princess, Kaitlyn Rowe; K5 Prince, Gage Martin; K5 Princess, Justise Bobo; K4 Prince, Cody Wright; and K4 Princess, Karli Ellis. Honorable Mention: Anijah McDowell, Quincie Hively, Alyssa Ward and Dysha Stephens.
