Couple exchange vows Feb. 14 in Gastonia, N.C.

MR. AND MRS. DONNIE WICKS

Lakesha Pittman and Donnie Wicks were married Feb. 14, 2008, in a 4 p.m. double ring ceremony at The Wedding Chapel in Gastonia, N.C.

Mrs. Wicks, daughter of Maria Whitmire of Gaffney,. is a salesperson at Best Buy in Spartanburg.

Son of Margaret Wicks of Gaffney and the late Donnie Wicks, Mr. Wicks is an installation manager at Best Buy.

The couple are making their home in Gaffney after a wedding trip to Myrtle Beach.

Musical selections included "It's Your Love."

Given in marriage by her brothers, Richard Elliott and Leo Benavidez, the bride wore a white gown trimmed with red. Her shoulder-length veil was highlighted with red trim and she carried a bouquet of red and white roses.

Jessica Stokes of Gaffney was her sister's honor attendant. Bridesmaids were Tammy Turner, Julia Hyatt and Erin Hayes, all of Gaffney and sisters-in-law. They wore red gowns and carried white roses accented with red hearts.

Amya Victoria, daughter, Marissa Turner and Caitin Baxter, nieces, were flower girl. Christopher Dover, nephew, was the ring bearer.

Juan Lumis of Spartanburg was the groom's best man. Groomsmen were Michael Young, Jimmy Wicks and Jack Gochicoa, all of Gaffney.
