SHOOTING GALLERY - Gaffney Police Department Capt. of Detectives Chris Skinner walks away from a Sarratt Avenue home Monday afternoon with a seized .22 caliber rifle. A call regarding shots being fired in the neighborhood sent approximately a dozen officers and detectives racing to the scene, where they learned two men were target shooting in a driveway at 430 Sarratt Ave. Police arrested Billy Russell Smith Jr., 22, and Dustin Wayne Smith, 18, and charged them with discharging a firearm within city limits.
