Disturbance call leads to arrest of Gaffney man
      A 60-year-old Gaffney man was arrested Friday evening after police claimed he fired a gun while drunk at home. James Michael Studyvance, of 102 Oakview Drive, was charged by the Cherokee County Sheriff's Office with discharging a firearm while intoxicated. The alleged incident occurred at 10 p.m.
