The article in our Scrapbook today is from the collection of Scrapbook editor Jack Allison. This inspiring poem first appeared in The Ledger many years ago and was written by Ledger founder, Ed H. DeCamp. Mr. DeCamp was the grandfather of former Ledger publisher Louis Sossamon and greatgreat grandfather of present publisher, Cody Sossamon.

SEASON'S GREETINGS

Safely through storms of another year

Thou has brought us, and we have no fear.

As we greet the dawn of Forty-three.

We look forward to Thy great decree.

With prayers that strife and war will cease.

Bring good will to men, and on earth peace.

May Christmas Joy attend everyone,

and faith be steadfast till vict'ry's won.
