Riddle's attorneys contend DNA test clears their client

Defense attorneys for accused murderer Ernest Riddle contend a new form of DNA testing on a very old piece of evidence exonerated their client and should result in dismissal of all charges. School district trying to get early read on returning teacher numbers

In its own version of National Signing Day, the Cherokee County School District sent out letters of intent last week. The letters will allow the district to get an early reading on the number of returning teachers to county schools.
