Omajean Wallace Doris Omajean Lowe Wallace, 70, of 278 Beason Road, went home to be with the Lord on Saturday, Jan. 10, 2009, at Spartanburg Regional Medical Center. Born in Spartanburg, she was the wife of Bobby Wallace and daughter of the late Ralph Lowe and Ethel Hughey Lowe. Mrs. Wallace was a homemaker and member of Fairview Baptist Church, where she was a former Sunday School teacher and Youth Director. Also surviving are three sons, Doc Wallace and wife, Debbie, of Gaffney, Jackie Wallace, of the home and Todd Wallace and wife, Tracy, of Gaffney; three daughters, Sandra Spake, Traci Wallace and Lisa Wallace, all of Gaffney; two brothers, Leon Lowe and wife, Jackie, and Roger Lowe and wife, Helen, both of Chesnee; four sisters, Katherine Vickers and husband, Tommy, of Chesnee, Evelyn Parton and husband, Junior, of Chesnee, Marjorie Crocker of Chesnee, Evona Jeffcoat and husband, Willie, of Mayo and Gayle Tucker and husband, Harold, of Chesnee; nine grandchildren, Travis Wallace, Megan Wallace, Dayna Ellis, Preston Spake, Brandy Wallace, Ashley Wallace, Tiffany Wallace, Josh LeBrun and Colby Wallace; and 10 great-grandchildren. Mrs. Wallace was preceded in death by two brothers, R.E. Lowe and Warren Lowe;, and a sister, Diane Sprouse. Graveside services will be held Monday, Jan. 12, at 2 p.m. at Fairview Baptist Church Cemetery with the Revs. Stuart Kersey and Everette Carson Wallace officiating.
