Kimberly Devin McNeely and Michael Nathaniel Moss YORK - Mr. and Mrs. John H. McNeely announce the engagement of their daughter, Kimberly Devin, to Michael Nathaniel Moss, son of Mr. and Mrs. Louis M. Moss of Blacksburg.

Miss McNeely will graduate from Winthrop University in May.

Mr. Moss will graduate from The Citadel in May. A member of the South Carolina Army National Guard, he recently returned from a tour of duty in Afghanistan.

The wedding is planned for May 30 at the Episcopal Church of the Good Shepherd in York.
