AT MEETING - Trisha Blanton, Sarah Shiftlet (Gaffney's Career Woman of the Year), Patty Green Andrews, Terry Dennis and Elizabeth McDaniel (l-r) represented the Gaffney Business and Professional Women's Club at the Education Conference in Columbia. The BPW/SC was organized in June, 1919, when four local clubs jointed together to work toward solutions to the problems and challenges that women face in the working world. The mission is to achieve equity for all women in the workplace through advocacy, education and information. Any woman who would like to became a member may call Terry Dennis, president, at 864-838-1934.
