Rev. Joey Turner, holding microphone, of Restoration Church International, along with numerous faithful, lay hands on Jerry Clevenger, chaplain of the Spartanburg County Sheriff's Office, while they prayed together for the safety and success of all law enforcement officers on the trail of the serial killer who has claimed five lives in Cherokee County. The prayer service was held Friday evening at the North Limestone Street church. Rev.
