Brian T. Horn Brian T. Horn graduated magna cum laude with a Master of Music degree in Trumpet Performance from Shenandoah Conservatory of Music at Shenandoah University in Winchester, Va., during commencement ceremonies on May 10, 2009.

Horn received his Bachelor's of Music Education degree from the University of South Carolina in December 2005.

He is the son of Bobby and Ann Horn of Cowpens and grandson of Mr. and Mrs. M.L. Horn of Gaffney and Annie B. Patty of Cowpens. He has a sister, Melissa Horn, of Summerville.

While preparing for his PhD, Horn will continue to study privately with Carl Rowe, former principal trumpet in the United States Marine Band, and will a work as Director of Music Work Study at Shenandoah University.
