Charles Edward "Buddy" Medley, 65, of Riverdale, Ga. passed away Tuesday, July 7, 2009, in Riverdale.

Mr. Medley was a native of Spartanburg County and was raised in Inman. He graduated from Chapman High School, attended North Greenville College and served in the U.S. Air Force. Son of the late Landrum W. and Mattie Hammett Medley, he was of the Baptist faith.

Surviving are two biological sons, Chance Bralley of Moore and Chad Bralley of Fort Mill; a sister, Martha Raye Rogers of Rock Hill; a brother, Mickey Medley and wife, Geri, of Gaffney; seven nieces and nephews and eight grandnieces and grandnephews.

The family will receive friends Friday, July 10, from 3:30-4:30 p.m. at Seawright Funeral Home. Graveside services will follow at 4:30 p.m. at Roselawn Memorial Gardens, conducted by the Rev. David Scruggs.
