Jeffrey Charles Keller and Stephanie René Matthews Mr. and Mrs. Steven J. Matthews of Lugoff announce the engagement of their daughter, Stephanie René, of Fort Mill, to Jeffrey Charles Keller of Gaffney.

Miss Matthews is the granddaughter of Sarah S. Kirby of Jacksonville, Ala., Sylvia N. Satterfield of Wellington, Ariz., and the late W. Roger Kirby. Mr. Keller is the son of Mr. and Mrs. John Raymond Keller of Gaffney. His grandparents are Mr. and Mrs. Raymond L. Keller and Alberta James, all of Gaffney, and the late Charles James.

Miss Matthews is a graduate of Winthrop University with a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry and Mr. Keller is a graduate of Spartanburg Technical College with an Associates Degree in Electronics Engineering Technology. Both are employed by Duke Energy at the Catawba Nuclear Station in York.

An August 28 wedding is planned at The Dairy Barn in Fort Mill.
