Barbecue teams gear up for festival competition

In this video, the local Elk's Lodge members discuss the finer points of preparing for their first barbecue contest.
Their team is called Elk's Kitchen and the Cook Shack Boys. It is one of five Cherokee County teams involved in the peach festival contest.
