CHESNEE - Hugh Nodine, 57, of 3261 Peachtree Road, passed away Wednesday, July 22, 2009, at his home.

Mr. Nodine was the husband of Brenda Jolley Nodine for 25 years and son of Frances Atkins Nodine and the late Junior Nodine. He was retired from The Timken Company in Gaffney and was a faithful member of Eden Wesleyan Church and a member of the New Prospect Masonic Lodge.

Also surviving are two sons, Brian Nodine and wife, Laura, of Chesnee and Craig Harris of Greenville; a sister, Diane Fisher and husband, Doug, of Cowpens; and many nieces and nephews.

Services will be held Friday, July 24, at 2 p.m. at Eden Wesleyan Church, conducted by the Rev. Richard Hall. Body will be placed in the church at 1 p.m. The family will receive friends in the church sanctuary immediately following the committal in the church cemetery.

The family is at the home.
