Carolina Foothills Federal Credit Union CEO Scott Weaver has announced the promotion of Kathy Merlino to the position of Vice President of Development.

Merlino joined Carolina Foothills in 2008 as the credit union's Business Development Representative. She has an extensive background in sales, marketing and business management with a degree in Humanities from Michigan State University.
