 Shown here is a dental mission team sharing The Gaffney Ledger with a patient and friends. The readers from Gaffney are Russell and Robin Painter, Harold Wood and Dr. Ron Barrett. Former Gaffney residents are Dr. Scott and Teresa Wachter. The rest of the team includes Lynn Marino, Dr. Renan and Patty Williams, Rev. Richard and Margaret Sisson and Cindy Parrish. The clinic was set up in Belize in Central America. More than 400 dental procedures were performed during the week of July 4. While on vacation at Tybee Island, Ga., Austin and Landon Greer, sons of Alex and Dona Greer, enjoyed lunch with Paula Deen at her restaurant in Savannah.
