LEBANON, Tenn. - Cracker Barrel Old Country Store Inc. has announced the promotion of Constance Pearce to the position of retail manager of its Gaffney location.

Pierce has been with the company since December, 2008, most recently as part of the management team in South Greensboro, N.C. Before joining Cracker Barrel, she had 18 years experience in the retail industry.

As retail manager of the Gaffney Cracker Barrel location, she will be responsible for all aspects of the day-to-day business of the retail store, and ensuring that all guests receive the great Cracker Barrel experience that they have come to expect.

The Gaffney Cracker Barrel unit is located at I-85 and SC 105 and features the working cobblestone fireplace, retail store filled with nostalgic favorites, gifts and collectibles, and traditional, homemade fixin's that Cracker Barrel restaurants are known for across the country. Popular dishes include meatloaf and homemade chicken n' dumplins as well as its signature biscuits using an old family recipe.
