Maternal great-grandparents are Howard and Thelma Turner of Gaffney and the late Loyd and Faye Guest. Paternal great-grandparents are Glen Teaster of Pacolet, Ruby McGaha of Pacolet, the late Etta Teaster and Harry McGaha.
