ROEBUCK - Donald Ray McKittrick, 67, of 5220 Hwy. 221, died Tuesday, Aug. 25, 2009, at his home.

Born Sept. 9, 1941, in Cherokee County, he was the son of the late James and Rozelle Oakes McKittrick. He was first married to the late Evelyn Yarbrough McKittrick and then to the late Ruth

Alman McKittrick.

He was retired from Arrow Automotive, attended Fairforest Church of God and was a U.S. Army veteran of the Vietnam War.

Survivors include two brothers, Jimmy McKitrick and wife, Kathy, of Roebuck and Woodrow McKitrick and wife, Barbara, of Stone Station; two nephews, Stanley Ray McKittrick of Woodruff and Jimmy Lee McKitrick of Roebuck; and two nieces, Vickie Ash of Lockhart and Lori McKitrick of Roebuck.

Visitation will be Thursday, Aug. 27, from 7-9 p.m. at Floyd's North Church Street Chapel.

Services will be held Friday, Aug. 28, at 2 p.m. at Floyd's North Church Street Chapel, conducted by the Revs. José Ortiz and Bobby Rhymer. Burial will be in Hillcrest Memory Gardens in Greer.

The family is at the home.
