Services for Nathaniel Valentine, 47, of 266 Goldmine Springs Road, Apt. D-20, will be held Thursday, Aug. 27, at 2 p.m. at Buck Shoals Baptist Church with the Rev. Dr. T. E. McDowell, the Rev. Benjamin Gaffney, Elder Mark Lattimore and the Rev. L J. Valentine officiating. Interment will follow in the church cemetery. Body will be placed in the church at 1 p.m.

Pallbearers will be Major Funderburk, John Funderburk, Jessie Valentine, Charles Valentine, Jimmy Davis and Earl W. Williams.

The family is at the home of his brother and sister-in-law, Leon and Fannie Bell Valentine, 303 Annette St.
