Juanita Gail Jefferies, 52, of 158 Camellia Circle, departed this life on Wednesday, Sept. 2, 2009, at 9:30 a.m. at her residence.

Daughter of Ozelia Jefferies of the home and Bobby Gregory of Gaffney, she was born Nov. 18, 1956, in Gaffney. She was a member of Limestone Missionary Baptist Church, where she was a member of the Women's Ministry, Gospel Choir and Usher Board. Ms. Jefferies was a 1975 graduate of Gaffney High School and was retired from Timken.

In addition to her parents, she is survived by her son, Eric Jefferies of the home; three sisters, Monica Hamilton of the home, Lois Dukes and Beverly Powell, both of Gaffney; two grandchildren; and a host of other relatives.

Services will be held Tuesday, Sept. 8, at 2 p.m. at Limestone Missionary Baptist Church with the Rev. Michael L. Golden officiating.
